Why should you build a brand?

Your personal brand is the key to standing out in a crowded industry. When I started in real estate, I realized that relying solely on friends and family for business wasn’t my path—I had to build a social media brand that attracted people I didn’t know. I’ve spent the past 9 years learning what works and continuously improving the process. Approximately 70% of my business comes from social media because I consistently connect with people and build trust. In a world where the average real estate agent sells 4-6 homes per year, I’ve been able to leverage that platform to sell an average of 68 homes per year, representing over $90M in total closed volume. I’m here to share what I’ve learned about social media so you can build your brand and rock your business.

Our Philosophy

Reputation over Dollars

As a real estate agent, you don’t have a business, you have a reputation. Always treat clients and other agents as you want to be treated. Your name will proceed you and it will outlast you; make it a good one.

Quality over Quantity

Authentic engagement from your local community is more important than having a large number of uninterested followers. Focus on original and interesting content that moves people to engage with you. (please say no to spring cleaning tips and giant keys at closing…)

Balance in Life

What matters most to you in this life? We spend so much time caring for others that we often neglect ourselves and those closest to us. Take time to learn how to be well physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Everyone will benefit from the effort.
