101 - Getting Started
one - 90 Minute Zoom Session - $145

This session is ideal for real estate agents who feel unsure about where to begin with social media or find it overwhelming. If you're ready to take control of your online presence but don’t know where to start, this is it.

Guidance with your Facebook and Instagram accounts to ensure they’re set up correctly. Tutorial in understanding key features like Stories, Reels, and Posts. If you have any other general social media questions, this block can also be used for that as well.
102- Brand Basics

This session is for Real Estate agents who are already using social media but want to build a unique brand identity and create a consistent look for all their marketing materials.

In this session, we’ll create a consistent look for your social media by choosing your fonts, colors, and style. We’ll also show you how to use Canva to make easy, professional graphics that match your brand. By the end, you’ll have the tools to confidently create a polished, professional look for your real estate business.

This session is for real estate agents who have some experience using social media and want to create a clear, simple content strategy to grow their presence on Instagram and Facebook.

In this session, we’ll create a simple content plan for your real estate business. We’ll help you figure out what to post, how to connect with your audience, and how to use Instagram and Facebook to grow. You’ll learn to balance personal and professional posts, use features like stories and reels, and plan your content to stay consistent. By the end, you’ll have a clear strategy to attract and engage clients.

Think of a specific profession... Name the first person that comes to mind in that business. That person has a brand. They’ve positioned themselves to always be top of mind. As a real estate agent, your personal brand will define your success or failure in the business. You may have the potential to be the best in the business but without a brand, you’ll never have the opportunity to prove it. Your brand is why people will choose you instead you instead one of the other 1.6 million options.
In this strategy session, I’ll learn more about you, about your business and how you operate. I’ll ask lots of questions so I can better understand your strengths and weakness. We’ll brainstorm together to identify areas of potential growth and areas where you can drop some dead weight. With your introspection and my outside perspective, we can cover an incredible amount of ground in a short period of time.
This session can also be fully customized for whatever you may need. We can stack the sessions as an ongoing mentorship program. Use it as an emergency hotline to discuss an urgent matter and brainstorm solutions. Or even use it a confidential consultation if you’re considering a career move and need advice from a non-involved person that understands the industry. Whatever your reason, I can’t wait to find a solution together.

That will happen! Instagram and Facebook are always changing and even with constant studying, we are always learning something new. If there is something you ask that we do not know, we will take time after our session to find the answer for you. We will send you a follow-up email with our search results and best advice.

Out of respect for our trainer and time, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund. No refund will be provided for any changes made within the 24 hours prior to your scheduled session start time.
